主要適用于消防、軍警、公安、化工、電力、船舶、石油、冶煉、廠礦、薰倉、糧食熏蒸等處，使消防員或搶險(xiǎn)救護(hù)人員能夠在充滿濃煙、毒氣、蒸汽或缺氧的惡劣環(huán)境下安全地進(jìn)行滅火、搶險(xiǎn)救災(zāi)和救護(hù)工作。

新款的正壓式空氣呼吸器的全面罩配有通訊系統(tǒng)，具有聲音放大功能，也可與不同型號(hào)的對(duì)講機(jī)連接使用，徹底解決使用人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)相互交流困難，配合三通接口，組合成多面罩、多供氣閥，可以同時(shí)供三人使用。氣瓶可以選擇3升、4.7升、6.8升、9升、12升碳纖維復(fù)合氣瓶及6升鋼瓶（船用）配置。

These series HL-BA (RHZK) SCBA products can be widely used in fire fighting, diving , petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, shipbuilding, military, police and other industries. It's an breathing apparatus for people who work in the environments with oxygen deficiency, toxic gas, thick smokes, etc. While use, the pressure within the respirator mask is always slightly higher than the external pressure, which can effectively prevent toxic or harmful gases penetrated the mask.  

The new type full face mask of comprehensive positive pressure air respirator is equipped with a communication system which has the sound amplification function. This facility makes it easier and quicker to solve personnel on-site communication difficulties. Also the use of group selectors, where two or more masks are grouped together, SCBA Can be used for three people at the same time.Cylinders can choose 3 liters and 4.7 liters and 6.8 liters, 9liters, 12litres carbon fiber composite cylinder and 6litres of the cylinder (Marine) configuration.

I. 全面罩

1.硅橡膠材質(zhì)面罩具有面部識(shí)別清楚、口鼻罩小、柔軟、舒適、抗老化，無毒、無味，對(duì)敏感性肌膚的使用者無刺激的特點(diǎn)。

2.聚碳酸酯大視野面屏具有很好的防刮擦性，透光性好，視野清晰，雙重防霧功能，長時(shí)間使用不上霧。

3.頭罩為網(wǎng)狀式結(jié)構(gòu),阻燃織物制成，透氣性好，佩戴舒適和方便。

4.可選配帶有通訊功能的面罩，通過聲音放大功能或是連接對(duì)講機(jī)，確保在嘈雜的環(huán)境下無須卸下面罩，仍能保持溝通。

I. Full Face Mask

II. 供氣閥

1.供氣閥設(shè)有應(yīng)急供氣按鈕、節(jié)氣開關(guān)和吸氣自動(dòng)開啟結(jié)構(gòu)，使用方便、供氣可靠、節(jié)約氣體，延長使用時(shí)間。

2.供氣量大于500L/min。

3.供氣閥與面罩為快速插口式連接，360度快速插接，靈活方便。

II. Demand Valve

1.valve has a emergency gas supply button, throttle-switch and automatic   suction structure to extend the use of time.

2. Air flow not less than 500L/min.

3. Full angle insert, fast and flexible.

III. 減壓閥

1.氣瓶減壓閥的輸出壓力始終處于0.6到0.9Mpa之間。其輸出流量大于1000L/min，充分保證使用人員的呼吸量。

2.減壓閥設(shè)置安全閥裝置，當(dāng)減壓器輸出壓力超過設(shè)定安全壓力時(shí)，中壓安全閥會(huì)自動(dòng)泄壓保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。一級(jí)減壓閥輸出端配有他救接口。

3.減壓閥和供氣閥的連接處裝有限流孔，一旦壓力表或高壓管損壞，高壓空氣的損失流量不會(huì)超過25L/min。

4.減壓閥配置兩根獨(dú)立的中壓管（其中他救管為1.5米長），可分別連接兩個(gè)供氣閥及面罩，供作業(yè)者和他救人員單獨(dú)或同時(shí)使用。

III. Regulator

1. Output pressure from 90psi to 135 psi (6bar to 9bar), Air flow≥1000L/min.

2. Safety valve automatically operate while the valve fails. Safety valve can keep the output pressure from 148psi to 225psi (9.9bar to 15bar).

3. There is a limited flow hole in valve connections, once the pressure gauge or pipe damage, the loss air flow no more than 25L/min.

4.Pressor regulator equipped two separate pressure pipe, connect two supply valve and masks for rescue operations individually or simultaneously

IV. 碳纖維氣瓶及瓶閥

1.氣瓶符合DOT、CE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

2.氣瓶帶熒光標(biāo)識(shí)，標(biāo)識(shí)帶均嵌入在玻璃纖維纏繞層內(nèi)，色彩醒目，易于在昏暗條件下辨識(shí)，清晰易于辨別，提高作業(yè)人員的安全性。

3.采用全纏繞碳纖維復(fù)合材料，氣瓶內(nèi)膽采用高強(qiáng)度、耐腐蝕、重量輕的鋁合金材料；外部用數(shù)層碳纖維、玻璃纖維纏繞；氣瓶表層為環(huán)氧樹脂。

4.瓶閥帶有高壓安全裝置，是防誤關(guān)手輪。手輪開啟力矩小，是六圓弧狀柱體，在旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪時(shí)手抓感良好。瓶閥體上設(shè)安全螺栓，當(dāng)氣瓶內(nèi)壓力過高時(shí)，安全膜片將自動(dòng)爆破卸壓以確保意外情況下瓶的安全。瓶閥上帶有符合歐標(biāo)的防誤關(guān)手輪。

5.可選配帶壓力表的瓶閥，直接觀測(cè)瓶內(nèi)氣體情況。

IV. Carbon Fiber Cylinder & Cylinder Valve

V. 背架總成

1.背架外層紡織材料采用阻燃織物材料，抗擊靜電和耐腐蝕。背板按照人體工程學(xué)原理設(shè)計(jì)，采用纖維增強(qiáng)塑料材料，強(qiáng)度高，韌性好。舒適的腰墊，使腰肩部無壓迫感。整體輕巧設(shè)計(jì)讓使用者可以輕松的用單手操作整個(gè)裝備。背板可攜配不同規(guī)格的氣瓶。

2.背帶由阻燃織物制成、雙側(cè)可調(diào)，能使重量落于腰胯部位，減輕肩帶對(duì)胸部的壓迫，使呼吸順暢。在肩帶上設(shè)有寬大彈性襯墊，減輕對(duì)肩的壓迫，肩墊寬厚柔軟，調(diào)節(jié)方便。腰帶和肩帶均為耐磨、防滑、防火、防化材料，且肩帶上設(shè)有反光帶。

3.調(diào)節(jié)氣瓶固定帶，將不同規(guī)格的氣瓶牢固地固定在背板上，以避免氣瓶晃動(dòng)。

4.中高壓管路從背架中間穿過，避免使用人員因作業(yè)時(shí)勾掛管路而產(chǎn)生漏氣危險(xiǎn)。

V. BACK PLATE & Harness

1.Brace use outer fabric retardant material of textile materials against static electricity and corrosion. Back plate designed per ergonomic, lightweight and flexible. It's easily operate with one hand.

2. Harness connect shoulder strap and belt , can fix the height of the SCBA.

3. Adjusting the belt can distributed pressure on the shoulders.

4. Adjusting cylinder strap will firmly fixed on the cylinder on the back.

VI. 報(bào)警哨及壓力表

1.壓力表的連接為活動(dòng)式（360度旋轉(zhuǎn)），指示氣瓶中的氣壓。壓力表為防水、抗震，并有橡膠防護(hù)套保護(hù)

2.表盤熒光顯示，可以在暗處和夜晚等燈光昏暗的情況下讀取壓力表數(shù)值。其量程為0-40Mps。

當(dāng)氣瓶內(nèi)的空氣余量下降到5.5±0.5Mpa時(shí),內(nèi)置式報(bào)警哨工作，自動(dòng)發(fā)出持續(xù)報(bào)警聲音，報(bào)警聲音≧90分貝，不會(huì)隨氣壓降低而減弱，提醒使用者把握撤離時(shí)間，確保使用安全。

VI. Alarm whistle and the gauge

1.Fluorescence pressure gauge indicate the air pressure although in dark.

a rubber shock ring can avoid shock and waterproof impact on the pressure gauge.

2.Dial fluorescent display with range 0-40Mpa. Can read gauges values in the dark and dimly lit situations.

Alarm will be ring while the pressure at 825±75psi (55±5bar), Alarm sounds ≧ 90db. Not weakened with reduced pressure, It remind the user to grasp the evacuation time to retreat.
